John was a Drill Instructor at Sampson Air Force base instructing new airmen. As a construction supervisor and inspector his military discipline was used to benefit the project. His pride of his grandchildren was evident about their accomplishments on the golf course and hockey rink and school work. We will miss his visits with news about their accomplishments.
