To the Lozada and Kelsey families .... Our deepest sympathy on your loss. We met Julie and Martin years ago as they were good friends with my sister-in-law and brother-in-law, Debbie and Pedro Ortiz. Julie always had a smile on her face and love in her heart for all of us. I hope she's up in heaven whooping it up with Martin and Debbie. RIP Julie.
