Obituary of Marina Helen Guarneri

Marina Helen Guarneri, 99, of Fairfax, Virginia, passed away peacefully on August 24, 2024. She was born on December 16, 1924, in Geneva, New York, to Charles and Helen (Lazio) LaNasa. Marina was preceded in death by her parents, brothers Fr. James, Michael and Charles, sisters Francis and Claudina and son Salvatore. She is survived by her children Grace-Marie, John, Helen, Charles and Mario. She is also survived by 11 Grandchildren and 12 great Grandchildren and many nieces and nephews, along with numerous friends who knew her warmth and love. A Mass of Christian burial will take place at St. John Neumann Catholic Church on Monday September 9th in Reston Virgina. She will be transported to Geneva NY for burial. Viewing will take place from 9 AM – 10 AM on Wednesday September 11th at Palmisano-Mull Funeral Home followed by burial at St. Mary's Cemetery Geneva New York.
