Frances M. (Urbano) O'Neil
GENEVA- Frances M. (Urbano) O'Neil, 67, passed away peacefully on Sat. (Sept. 22, 2012), at Soldiers and Sailors Hospital in Penn Yan after a long, courageous battle with Alzheimer's disease. Friends may call from 6 to 8 p.m. Thurs. (Sept. 27), at the Palmisano-Mull Funeral Home LLC 28 Genesee St. Geneva. A memorial service will be held at 9 a.m. on Fri. (Sept. 28), at the funeral home. Burial will follow in St. Patrick's Cemetery.
Frances was born on Dec. 30, 1944 in Geneva. She was known to be a very social person. Frances worked as a bartender at the Piano Bar in Geneva. Frances also worked as a nurse's aide, employed by Geneva General Hospital and at Hobart and William Smith Colleges as a housekeeper. She cherished the time she spent with her family.
She is survived by her son, Robert Urbano of Geneva; daughter, Aimee (Ruben Marin) Grady of Geneva; brother, John Urbano of Seneca Falls; grandchildren, Jordan Grady and Aiden Marin; former husband, William L. O'Neil, and several cousins, including the Urbano's and Rivera's.
