GENEVA-Lucille A. Terranova, 89, passed away peacefully on Sat. (Aug. 9, 2014), at the Geneva Living Center South. Friends may call from 4 to 7 p.m. Tues. (Aug. 12), at the Palmisano-Mull Funeral Home LLC, 28 Genesee Street, Geneva. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10 a.m. on Wed. (Aug. 13), at St. Stephen's Catholic Church in Geneva. Burial will follow in St. Mary's Cemetery.
Lucille was born on June 6, 1925 in Geneva, NY and was the daughter of the late Frances (Cirencione) and Arthur LaFaro. She graduated from De Sales High School and went onto the Freeman Business School. Lucille retired from Stern's Nursery when she and Tom decided to marry and start their family. Later she worked for Shuron Optical and was an Avon Lady and a telemarketer.
Lucille is survived by her husband, Thomas F. Terranova of Geneva; son, Thomas Terranova, Jr. of Farmington and grandson Gregory M. (Pam) Terranova.
She was predeceased by her sister Pauline Palmieri and brother Rocco LaFaro.
