Obituary of Darlene S. Page

STANLEY- Darlene S. Page, 65, passed away on Tues. (Sept. 30, 2014), at home. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Tues. (Oct. 7), at St. Francis De Sales Catholic Church in Geneva. Burial will follow in the Sampson Veterans Memorial Cemetery.

Darlene was born on May 4, 1949 in Geneva, and was a daughter of the late Paul D. and Viola (Calabrese) Secor. She attended the Freeman Business School and went on to pursue several careers as an accountant. Darlene worked for over 30 years at the Finger Lakes Council Boy Scouts of America. She was a devoted member of St. Francis De Sales Catholic Church, the American Legion Auxiliary Post 396 and the Sons of Italy. Darlene enjoyed crafts, quilting, but most of all, loved to spend time with her granddaughter, Samantha.
She is survived by her son, Jeffrey Page of Waterloo; brother, Anthony (Sharlyn) Secor of Stanley; sisters, Elaine (George) Burch of Phelps and Joan (Bruce) Clark of Phelps; granddaughter, Samantha Page; sister-in-law, Donna Page Hays; several nephews, nieces and cousins.
Darlene was predeceased by her husband, Robert D. Page.
