Wesley S. Palmer WATERLOO- Wesley S. Palmer, 68, passed away on Fri. (Dec. 26), at Rochester General Hospital. A memorial service will be at 1 p.m. Fri. (Jan. 2), at the Palmisano-Mull Funeral Home LLC 28 Genesee St. Geneva. Burial will be at the convenience of the family in Sampson Veterans Memorial Cemetery. Wesley was born on Dec. 23, 1946, in Geneva and was a son of the late William S. and Florence A. (DeLand) Palmer. He proudly served his country in the United States Army from 1966 to 1968. Wesley worked as a truck driver and car transporter for RS Auto Auction in Waterloo. He enjoyed dining at Connie's Diner in Waterloo and socializing with the staff. Wesley was a member of the Heritage Baptist Church in Palmyra and the American Legion Post 457 in Phelps. He is survived by his daughters, Marlene (Tom Bryan) Bott of Stanley and Dawn (Neil) Bowker of Utah; siblings, Sandy Carter of Florida, Linda Palmer of Florida, William (Arlene) Palmer of Geneva, Bernie (Julie) Palmer of Geneva and Beth (Bill) Dilley of Waterloo; grandchildren, Jacob and Kayla Bott, Logan and Quinn Pfieffer; brother-in-law, Edward 'Bill' Franklin of Junius; former wife, Donna Palmer of Shortsville; several aunts, nieces, nephew and cousins. Wesley was predeceased by his brother, George Palmer; sister, Patricia Franklin and nephew, Shane David Palmer.
