Obituary of Thomas J. Bryan

Thomas J. Bryan GENEVA - Thomas J. Bryan, 76, passed away Sat. (Oct.30, 2010) at his residence. Friends may call from 1 to 4 p.m. Sat. (Nov. 6) at the Palmisano-Mull Funeral Home, LLC. 28 Genesee Street, Geneva. The North Side Fire Company will meet at the funeral home at 2 p.m. The Masonic Ark Lodge # 33 will meet at the funeral home at 3 p.m. A funeral service will be held Sun. (Nov. 7) at 1 p.m. at St. Peter's Episcopal Church, in Geneva. Burial will follow in Sand Hill Cemetery. Contributions may be directed to St. Peter's Episcopal Church, 149 Genesee St. Geneva, NY 14456, North Side Fire Company, Inc. 270 Carter Rd. Geneva, NY 14456 or the charity of one's choice. Thomas was born April 30, 1934, in Geneva and was a son of the late Walter Edwin and Sylvia (Clarkson) Bryan. He worked as a custodian at the Experiment Station in Geneva for over 20 years. Thomas was a member of the Masonic Ark Lodge #33, the Damascus Temple of Webster, NY, and St. Peter's Episcopal Church and Choir. He took pride in his dedication to the North Side Fire Company, Inc. He is survived by his brother-in-law, Phil (Marjorie) Thurley of Fairport; Sister-in-law, Janet Hilyer of Geneva and sister-in-law, Beverly Thurley of Geneva. Thomas was predeceased by his wife, Barbara A. (Thurley) Bryan in 2004 and brother-in-law, Jack Hilyer in 2010.
