Obituary of Patricia Edna Franklin

Patricia Edna Franklin JUNIUS - Patricia Edna Franklin, 70, passed away on Wed. (Nov. 30, 2011), at her residence. Friends may call from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. Fri. (Dec. 2), at the Palmisano-Mull Funeral Home, LLC, 28 Genesee St., Geneva. A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Sat. (Dec. 3), at the funeral home. Burial will follow in Oak Lawn Cemetery. Contributions may be directed to the Junius Fire Dept. 647 Dublin Rd. Clyde, NY 14433, or the Huntington Nursing Home 369 E. Main St. Waterloo, NY 13165. Patricia was born Oct. 24, 1941, in Geneva, NY, and was a daughter of the late William S. and Florence (Deland) Palmer. She worked at Geneva General Hospital for 20 yrs. and then volunteered at Huntington Nursing Home. Patricia enjoyed bowling and sewing. She loved her family, especially her nieces and nephews. She is survived by her husband, Edward "Bill" Franklin, of Junius; brothers, Bill (Arlene) Palmer of Geneva, Bernie (Julie) Palmer of Geneva and Wesley Palmer of Waterloo; sisters, Sandra Carter of FL, Linda Palmer of FL and Beth (Bill) Dilley of Waterloo; sisters-in-law, Lena (Joseph) Struppler of VA , Shirley (Don) Hartness of PA and Donna Palmer of Shortsville; brother-in-law, Jack Franklin of Clifton Springs; several nieces and nephews; special friends, Cindy Minns, Cindy Kaufman and Dorothy Ricks. In addition to her parents, Patricia was predeceased by her brother George Palmer.
