Thomas Mateo
GENEVA- Thomas Mateo, 70, passed away on Mon. (Nov. 16, 2015), at Strong Memorial Hospital. Friends may call from 4 to 6 p.m. Mon. (Nov. 23), at the Palmisano-Mull Funeral Home LLC 28 Genesee St., Geneva. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Tues. (Nov. 24), at St. Francis De Sales Catholic Church in Geneva. Burial will follow in St. Mary's Cemetery, Geneva.
He is survived by his son, Timothy Michael Carter of Geneva; brothers, Ignacio Mateo, Jr., Rafael (Alice) Mateo, Frank (Karen) Mateo and John Mateo, Sr.; sisters, Olga Mateo, Evelyn Munoz and a host of nieces and nephews.
Thomas was predeceased by his parents, Ignacio and Justina (Rolon) Mateo, Sr.; brothers, Raymond, Jose and Catalino, Sr.; sisters, Anna Valentine and Carmen Chavez.
