Phyllis W. Fellows GENEVA- Phyllis W. Fellows, 92, passed away peacefully on Wed. (April 6, 2016), at Geneva General Hospital. Friends may attend a memorial service at 1 p.m. Tues. (April 12), at the Presbyterian Church in Geneva, 24 Park Place, Geneva, NY. Entombment will be at the convenience of the family. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be directed to the Presbyterian Church Memorial Fund, 24 Park Place, Geneva, NY 14456, or the Women's Club of Geneva, 336 Main St. Geneva, NY 14456. Phyllis was born on Jan. 28, 1924, in Meridian, NY and was a daughter of the late David and Ruth (Baldwin) Weldon. She started working as a Registered Nurse first in Auburn and then at Geneva General Hospital. Phyllis retired from Geneva General Hospital in 1983, after many years of service. She was a very active member of the Presbyterian Church in Geneva, the Women's Club of Geneva and the Fortnightly Reading Group. Phyllis enjoyed cooking, baking and loved playing cards. She is survived by her daughter, Penelope (Robert) Talomie of Baldwinsville; brother, Calvin Weldon of Cato; sister, Norma Boyle of Bowling Green, KY; several nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, great, great nieces and a great, great nephew. Phyllis was predeceased by her husband, Frederick 'Fred' Fellows in 2008; sisters, Shirley Casper and Joyce Creede.
