Obituary of Joseph M. Martin

Joseph M. Martin GENEVA- Joseph M. Martin, 64, passed away peacefully on Mon. (July 11, 2016), at the Geneva Living Center South. Friends may call from 4 to 7 p.m. Thurs. (July 14), at the Palmisano-Mull Funeral Home LLC, 28 Genesee St. Geneva. A funeral service will be at 10 a.m. Fri. (July 15), in the funeral home. Burial will follow in Glenwood Cemetery. Joseph was born on June 6, 1952, in Geneva and was the son of the late Joseph and Grace (Morabito) Martin. He was a longtime employee at P&C in Waterloo and at Lake City Hobby and Toys in Geneva. Joseph enjoyed Lionel Trains and muscle cars, especially Corvettes, photography and art. He cherished the company of his friends and loved his family very much. He is survived by his loving wife, Cheryl (Emerson) Martin of Geneva; Aunts, Elizabeth Le Roy of Phelps and Suzanne Yates of Geneva; Uncle, Rocco Morabito of Safety Harbor, FL; mother-in-law, Martha Emerson of Geneva; sister-in-law, Terry (Michael) Bloniarz of Geneva; brothers-in-law, Frederick (Vicki) Emerson of Phelps and Ken (Wendy) Emerson of Avon; 3 nieces; 1 nephew; his cat, Daphne and several cousins. Joseph was predeceased by several aunts, uncles and one cousin.
