Dear Mary & Family,
Lee will be truly missed in the Cove. It's not easy losing such a wonderful person that we all hoped to have around for many more years. Everyone knew him by his long dark mustache, an outstanding characteristic. We enjoyed playing shuffle board with him, he was always smiling and such a good sport. All of you will be in our thoughts and prayers. Love, Bob and Annette Desautels

We are deeply saddened by the loss of our good friend. Our time in Gettysburg will never be the same without Lee. Please know we are praying for Mary and his entire family during this difficult time. May the peace of Christ our Savior be with Lee on his final journey. The empty chair will be a constant reminder of the good times we had together. Peace and Love, Scott, Doreen and the entire Wilson family.

To Mary and family, Lee will be missed by many especially by me. He was a wonderful person and a good friend to Leo & I. I bet you right now he and Leo are playing rummy as they don't have to worry about me jumping over the table.

So very sorry to hear of Lee's passing. Lee was an inspiration to me, in our hobby of reenacting. I learned so very much from him, not only about history, but mostly about how to interact with people, and treat them with respect, as he treated everyone. Will miss you my friend. God Bless you Mary.

My Dear Friend,
We hit it off as soon as we met about 21 years ago and I was so excited by the reception I received from many of our comrades who are gone now. I could always count on you. You were very loyal to the Post 44 and did what ever needed to be done. All the education you gave to the hundreds of children that were brought to you from there schools for years. Devoted might not be the best word to use but I like it for lack of another word. Heaven knows we will miss you. I will miss you my friend. The Lord has a leader taken sooner than we would have liked. Rest in peace my friend.
