GENEVA- Lawrence Martin, 62, passed away peacefully on Fri. (Dec. 4, 2020), at home. Calling hours will be from 9 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. Fri. (Dec. 11), at St. Paul’s Full Gospel Baptist Church. Those in attendance must wear masks and follow the rules of social distancing. The funeral service will be private. Burial will be in Glenwood Cemetery, with full military honors.
He is survived by his wife, Denise (Parker) Martin; Daughters, Te’Ona (Quincy Clemons) Martin and Ta’Keisha (Sixto) Martinez; parents, Beulah and Roosevelt Collins; brother, Corey (Arinda) Collins; grandchildren, Xinaei, Quincy, Jr. and Maliah.
Lawrence was predeceased by his grandson, Christian Martinez.
