I served with the late Decon Martin in Germany, he always spoke highly of his family. and when My wife and I came to St. Paul, I founded out the story he told us was true. Decon Collins RIP. We Loved You.

Sending thoughts, prayers and condolences to the Collins family. I met Roosevelt in the mid seventies at the Eastman Kodak company. He was a quiet pleasant guy who everyone seemed to know and love. He was viewed as a role model by many of us. I will always remember him. May he rest in peace.
