My condolences to Irene's family. Irene did a ballet program for the children of the Carter St. Recreation Center for many year where I was the program director. She was an asset to the our program and to participating youth. She did ballet programs for several recreation sites and at the end of the program, she had a beautiful recital with all the participating sites. They will always remember Miss Irene.
